For the technésexual workshops, from 11am-1pm every day of artivistic, we'll be covering the technologies we use in our mixed reality, live audio performances. If you can bring supplies to the workshops, that will make things a lot more hands-on. For day 1, if you have an arduino or any other electronics components like breadboards, leds, batteries, etc, bring them! We're working on getting some Arduinos for everyone to play with, but we're also not sure how many workshop participants there will be. For every dya of the workshop, it will help if there are more computers, so bring your laptop if you have one! When you email us, let us know if you can bring any parts and what your experience level and interests are so that we can try to tailor the workshop contents more to suit the people attending! Here's the daily breakdown:

- Day 1, Thurs Oct 15 - Basic electronics.  Hands on workshop with breadboards, arduino, led's and sensors, while also looking at how we've used arduino (programmable micro-controller) in our projects.

- Day 2, Fri Oct 16 - Second Life (3-D on-line virtual environment).  Introduction on how to use Second Life (if necessary), and sex and gender within Second Life.  We'll cover the ways in which we have used Second Life, covering use of live voice, live video, basic scripting, and where to find items (genitalia, body/cyborg parts, sex toys, etc.).

- Day 3, Sat Oct 17 - Intro to Puredata/PD (graphical programming language).  We'll touch on how to use the wii-mote with max/msp, but we'll focus more on interfacing PD to your arduino and tying together all the parts for mixed reality performance.
